About Us: His Way Church Vision
Our vision is to see the greatest revival that the world
has ever witnessed through a great outpouring of
God's Glory that shall cover the nation of New Zealand
and the nations of the world. We believe in the power of the
Holy Spirit to move with Revival Fire in the hearts of all those
who are a part of our body. Our hearts desire is to win souls and make disciples of all nations. This is made possible through the Anointing of Multiplication and the Principle of 12.
The Principle of 12 focuses on one leader taking a group of 12 men or women as Jesus did, loving them, believing in them and developing them in character until there are evident signs of spiritual health.
The Principle of 12 enables the Anointing of Multiplication. A church will not win a city by addition in their lifetime, it can only happen through multiplication; multiplication of souls, multiplication of healed lives, multiplication of cell groups, multiplication of churches and multiplication of leaders.
The path to see leaders develop is a genuine relationship with them that produces trust. The relationship is built on love and faith in the potential of each of the twelve. As the leader works with each of his twelve, bringing them to the forgiveness, healing and deliverance of the cross, signs of fruitfulness begin to emerge.
Fruitfulness is the result of intense ministry, training, and building.
The desire to see people healed and delivered precedes the desire to see fruitfulness. The Encounters and Discovery Classes are part of the path to healing, but the personal genuine ministry of the leader is what makes the difference in the long run. The focus is of course the cross because leaders in themselves cannot change a person, but the continual focus of bringing people to the cross will bring total restoration to their lives.
The Heart of the Vision says in a loud voice THE MOST IMPORTANT THING HERE IS YOU AND THE CONDITION OF YOUR HEART! All of the mechanics of the vision help us bring people to wholeness in their hearts. Any leader that is thrust into leadership without a whole heart is a temporary solution to a need. We need long term solutions to a world that needs Jesus. The first question asked to a leader in preparation should not be "Have you opened your cell?" It should be: "How is you heart?" Once the heart is taken care of, the ground is prepared to mold the character of an individual. This is a task that can take a long period of training and accountability but it is necessary to see long lasting results in the life of the believer.
The focus is so strong on OTHERS that the main focus of leaders is no longer to develop their own large ministry, but to see those who are working with him to develop. The path Jesus followed was that of a servant to His twelve and then stepping back and allowing them to try their wings in ministry. His desire was to bring them up in their level of ministry to a higher level.
