Rob & Caroline DeLuca
Senior Pastors
Rob & Caroline DeLuca are the founding pastors of His Way Church. Rob operates in a strong prophetic and apostolic anointing with signs and wonders that follow the preaching of the Word. God uses him as a catalyst for revival wherever he ministers. Rob’s wife Caroline co-pastors and ministers alongside Rob. Their giftings complement one another. With all their hearts, Rob and Caroline desire to raise up a generation of revivalists to carry God’s love and fire all over the world. They have three wonderful children, Isabella, Joshua and Joelle.
Joe and Lesley Lee
Assistant Pastors
Joe and Lesley are the assistant pastors at His Way Church. They also lead the Youth Groups which have multiplied from one home group into four different weekly youth meetings throughout Auckland. Joe also oversees the media department of His Way Church. Joe and Lesley were thrilled to recently become parents to their first child, Judah.
Andrew and Jo Robertson
Leadership Team
Andrew and Jo are close friends of Rob and Caroline and were instrumental in helping to birth His Way Church. Today they are involved in the home group ministry and the children's ministry. Andrew and Jo have four children, Sam, Gabriella, Isaac and Summer.
Lyndon and Rachel Padfield
Leadership Team
Lyndon and Rachel oversee the marriage and family ministry at His Way Church. Lyndon is also involved in the worship team and Rachel co-leads the Mum's group. They have two beautiful girls, Katie and Sara.
Elvis and Lynda Moodley
Leadership Team
Elvis and Lynda are involved in the children's ministry at His Way Church. They desire to see children come into their full potential as sons and daughters of God, regardless of their age. Elvis and Lynda also both lead home groups and have two sons, Matthias and Jesse.
Andrew Billings
Leadership Team
Andrew is a founding member of His Way Church and today he leads and ministers to many of the men in the church as well as singing in the worship team. He is also a travelling assistant to Pastor Rob which has included travelling to Africa, Asia, South America and North America with him as he ministers.
James Lavelle
Leadership Team
James oversees the building operations as well as the usher and hospitality teams at His Way. He demonstrates the true heart of a servant in his roles. He also helps minister to the young men at His Way in the home group ministry.
Rebekah Stubbs
Leadership Team
Rebekah leads worship in the His Way worship team and has a wonderful gift to usher in the Presence and Glory of God as she sings. She also leads and ministers to many of the young ladies in the home groups.
Emma Ashworth
Leadership Team
Emma works as a personal assistant to Pastor Rob and oversees the administration of the church. She is also involved in the worship team, the home group ministry and teaching the discipleship training course.
Sophia Glomb
Leadership Team
Sophia is passionate about seeing souls saved and has a heart to equip the church for evangelism. She is also involved in the womens home group ministry and runs the new believers classes. |
